Afin de permettre la portabilité des droits liés au CPF en cas de mobilité entre les secteurs public et privé, la loi de transformation de la fonction publique prévoit que les droits CPF acquis (en euros) dans le secteur privé préalablement au recrutement dans la fonction publique seront conservés et pourront être convertis en heures pour être utilisés dans les conditions en vigueur dans la fonction publique.
