RAEX Global Competitiveness Forum in Moscow Brings Together Academia and Employers

RAEX International Group of Rating Agencies hosted the 7th International University Forum “Global Competitiveness” 5th June 2019 in Moscow. 'Open border' universities perform well in U-Multirank 2019

‘Open border’ universities– according of the last U-Multirank results  –are more successful than universities with low international exchange in engaging and transferring knowledge to industry (39% higher share of publications together with industrial partners), in establishing spinoff companies (80% higher) and in patenting their ideas (2.5 times more), and their research shows higher outreach (36% higher number of top cited publications). Reuters European Rankings

The latest table from Reuters Top 100: Europe’s Most Innovative Universities shows little change from last year. The top university is the Catholic University of Leuven (KU Leuven) in the Flanders region of Belgium.
