Professions de l’économie verte : quelle dynamique d’emploi ?

Cette étude donne pour la première fois un aperçu de la dynamique de l’emploi dans les professions vertes et verdissantes, en comparant les résultats du recensement de 2012 à ceux de 2007.
Les « professions vertes » - qui ont un lien direct avec l’environnement - et les professions dites « verdissantes » potentiellement affectées par les préoccupations environnementales, représentent près de 4 millions d’emplois en 2012. Elles concernent quelques 99 000 emplois de plus qu’en 2007 (soit une croissance de 2,6% (contre 1,4% pour l’ensemble de l’économie).
