European Commission survey on Diploma Supplement

The European Commission is conducting a survey to support the revision of the Diploma Supplement and to analyse the feasibility of its digitalisation at the European level.
The survey is aimed at personnel working on student records, student databases and student information systems in European higher education institutions. It takes around 10-15 minutes to complete and is available in English, French, German and Russian. The deadline is the end of January. More...

Events at Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, Lebanon

The Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Lebanon will be celebrating World Theatre Day with an international and interdisciplinary colloquium on “Theatre, Democracies and Autocracies”.
It will be organised from 29 to 31 March 2017 by the Department of Scenic and Visual Arts of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Applied Arts in partnership with the Department of Humanities and Philosophy and the Superior Institute of Political and Administrative Science. Commissioner Moedas discusses research policy with EUA Council

The presidents of 33 national rectors’ conferences met at the EUA Council for a policy dialogue with European Commissioner Carlos Moedas, President Markku Markkula of the Committee of the Regions, and Luke Georghiou, Vice-President for research at the University of Manchester and member of RISE (the Research, Innovation and Science Policy Experts High-Level Group of the European Commission). EUA-CDE ethics and integrity workshop draws record attendance

The EUA Council for Doctoral Education (EUA-CDE) organised its 10th thematic workshop, “Ethics and Integrity in Doctoral Education and Research Training,” on 18 and 19 January 2017 in Lisbon, Portugal.
