The University of North Georgia has stopped using a controversial cover to its continuing education catalog, amid criticism of the message sent by the illustration, The Atlanta Journal Constitution reported. President Obama gave an interview to ESPN as part of the unveiling of his picks for the N.C.A.A. men's basketball tournament.
