Débat sur l’allongement de la vie professionnelle en entreprise dans le Nord - Pas-de-Calais Picardie
Entre le recul de l’âge légal de départ en retraite, l’allongement de la durée de cotisation pour une retraite à taux plein et l’entrée plus tardive sur le marché du travail, les salariés sont incités à travailler plus longtemps.
Pour les entreprises, les enjeux sont nombreux et au cœur de leurs performances : attractivité, fidélisation, maintien des compétences et de la motivation, prévention de l’usure professionnelle, prévention de la perte des compétences…
Pour les salariés, il s’agit de mettre en perspective leur fin de carrière et gérer leur parcours en tenant compte de leurs désirs, contraintes et capacités individuelles en corrélation avec les besoins de l’entreprise.
