Logo DGEFPL’Union Européenne (UE) est mobilisée depuis plusieurs années dans la lutte contre la fraude affectant le budget de l’UE et la corruption.
Dans le cadre du FSE, l’article 125 § 4 du règlement n° 1303/2013 recommande à l’autorité de gestion de mettre en place les « mesures antifraude efficaces et proportionnées tenant compte des risques recensés » et à prendre les mesures nécessaires pour prévenir, détecter et sanctionner la fraude et les irrégularités de manière efficace, et rembourser les montants irréguliers au budget de l’UE.
L’article 59 du règlement financier (UE) n° 966/2012 impose aux États membres la responsabilité première dans le cadre de la gestion partagée des risques de fraude.
C’est dans ce contexte que la DGEFP, autorité de gestion en titre des programmes opérationnels pour l'emploi et l'inclusion en métropole (PON FSE) et Initiative pour l'Emploi des Jeunes (PO IEJ) s’est engagée dans une démarche de lutte contre la fraude. Plus...

Western Balkans: Minority Commissioner’s Office opened in Bosnia and Herzegovina

On this year’s International Day for Tolerance, several stakeholders of our common project Minorities in Western Balkans* have gathered in the city of Bijeljina to formally open the »Minority Commissioner's Office«. Six myths about the ‘Prevent duty’ in universities

The Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (CTSA) has aroused great controversy by imposing a legal duty upon schools, universities, the NHS and other institutions to ‘have due regard to the need to prevent people from being drawn into terrorism’ (the ‘Prevent duty’).
