What are the reasons for lower success rates of proposals from new EU member states (EU-13) in the area of Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities (SSH) in FP7? And what can be done to improve these success rates in Horizon 2020? Net4Society has analysed reasons for the low participation and success rates of EU-13 and produced a report with recommendations on how national policy makers and NCPs can support the better inclusion of researchers from these countries.

European Alliance for SSH invites new members to join

In 2015, a group of European disciplinary organisations founded the European Alliance for SSH to be a voice for social science and humanities disciplines in science policy.
