The Best Global Universities ranking is entirely devoted to research. Russian 5-100 Project Under Review

The Russian 5-100 Academic Excellence Project is currently being reviewed. The object of this programme was to get five Russian universities into the top 100 of the global rankings.
At present Lomonosov Moscow State University, which is not part of the project, is the only Russian university in the top 100 of the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings and the Academic Ranking of World Universities (Shanghai Rankings). It has also reached the top 200 of the Times Higher Education (THE) world rankings and the Round University Ranking published by a Russian agency. More...
