NTEU's 2017 University Governance discussion paper

The 2016 National Council motion Accountability of University Councils called for the NTEU to prepare “a report on the varying practices of universities and the impact upon the quality of university governance and their obligations under the university Acts, as well as to the broader community.” This discussion paper addresses this request and calls for, amongst many things, for the NTEU to establish and endorse a Code of Open and Ethical Governance.
