Budget Région 2017 : Favoriser l'égalité des chances et la réussite tout au long de la vie
Concernant la formation continue, la priorité est de contribuer à l’élévation du niveau de qualification, tout en répondant aux besoins des entreprises.
Dans le cadre du PRF, les travaux d’harmonisation se poursuivront pour élaborer une commande adaptée à l’ensemble des besoins du territoire. En complément des marchés publics, des cofinancements par voie de subventions de projets seront organisés via des appels à projets thématiques.
L’accompagnement des démarches de VAE sera harmonisé dès 2017 et renforcé. L’offre de Promotion Sociale proposée par le CNAM devra être déployée de manière harmonisée. Ce socle d’offre de formation certifiante sera aussi renforcé par une offre de formation globale sur le socle de connaissances et de compétences, par une aide régionale individuelle à la formation unique qui s’appuiera sur des co-financements, en particulier du CPF.
