Le renforcement des règles européennes en matière de détachement des salariés est un impératif absolu.
Comme l’a rappelé la commissaire européenne Marianne Thyssen à l’occasion de son point presse de ce jour, la mobilité des salariés, dans le cadre de la libre circulation des travailleurs et de la libre prestation de services, ne pourra être bénéfique pour l’ensemble des travailleurs européens que si elle est régie par des règles claires, équitables, transparentes et qui puissent être contrôlables.
