L’impact attendu d’ECO sera augmenté grâce à la préparation d’enseignants certifiés qui seront en mesure de créer leurs propres cours en ligne ainsi que d’autres ressources éducatives libres, et de les distribuer au travers de la plateforme d’apprentissage libre qui regroupe tous les projets pilotes. Cela permettra d’étendre l’impact du projet jusqu’à leurs communautés respectives.
