Santé. Lutte contre le non-recours : la CPAM ouvre des plateformes locales d'accès aux droits

La Caisse nationale d'assurance maladie (CNAM) généralisera, d'ici à 2018 un dispositif d'accompagnement personnalisé des assurés sociaux n'engageant pas des soins de santé pourtant nécessaires. Ces plateformes locales de lutte contre le non-recours aux droits résultent d'une étude menée par l'Observatoire des non-recours aux droits et aux services (Odenore) : 26,5 % des personnes interrogées à l'accueil de 18 CPAM avaient déjà renoncé à des soins (dentaires, lunettes, ophtalmo mais aussi consultation chez les généralistes).
