New year ushers in new higher education funding formula

- l'insuffisance du montant des dépenses consenties en faveur de la formation professionnelle ;
- non-respect de l'engagement, par accord collectif, à financer directement les comptes personnels de formation ;
- non-respect de l'obligation d'organiser périodiquement un entretien professionnel et un bilan de compétences pour les entreprises de 50 salariés et plus….
