Students encouraged to participate in Respect. Now. Always. survey

By Andrew MacDonald. The National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU) is a supporter of Universities Australia’s and the Australian Human Rights Commission’s first comprehensive national survey to assess the extent of sexual assault and sexual harassment within universities.
Just one week after the 23 August launch of the Respect. Now. Always. student survey, the ABC reports that; 150 “deeply disturbing” submissions about sexual assault or harassment at Australian universities have already been received by the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC). More...

NTEU response to government’s Driving Innovation, Fairness and Excellence in Australian Higher Education discussion paper
