En neuf ans d’existence, le FPSPP est fier d’avoir conclu avec l’État trois conventions-cadres et géré presque 10 milliards d’euros, d’avoir fait preuve d’agilité et de dynamisme, contribuant ainsi à rendre accessible la formation au plus grand nombre, presque 4.3 millions de personnes : dont plus de 2.3 millions de salariés et presque 2 millions de demandeurs d’emploi.
…Avec la mise en œuvre de la loi du 5 septembre 2018, nous remettons les clés de la maison en quelque sorte à France Compétences, qui pourra s’appuyer sur les acquis du FPSPP.
Parmi ses missions figureront la régulation et le contrôle des prix et de la qualité des formations, ainsi que la tenue du Répertoire national des certifications. L’institution jouera également un rôle financier important, en assurant la péréquation et la redistribution des fonds auprès des différents acteurs. Enfin, elle devra permettre la consolidation et la mise en réseau des expertises, tout en exerçant une fonction d’évaluation des politiques d’emploi et de formation, contribuant à la mise en débat public de l’efficience des politiques de formation et d’accès à l’emploi.
