Faire émerger un patrimoine informationnel commun : mutualiser des outils libres et open source et des dispositifs de documentation est la seule garantie d’une non enclosure et d’une circulation des savoirs. C’est pourquoi ils sont plébiscités dans les tiers-lieux.
Créer un cadre RH adapté qui permette la naissance, le développement et la valorisation des projets qui habitent les tiers-lieux : cela passe notamment par la reconnaissance du poste clé d’animateur de tiers-lieu/concierge/fabmanager/facilitateur et celle des contributions des enseignants qui les accompagnent en dehors de leur activité d’enseignement.
