Blogphilosophy: #education needs to shift, creating meaningful #identities

This post builds upon the idea that education must be rethought, but not in terms of the disrupted higher education (higher ed under pressure with online learning – MOOCs etc, global educational market stressing smaller universities and colleges), but in terms of reshaping all of our identities and self-esteems for each one of us. Les articles les plus lus de ce blog au quatrième trimestre 2014

Sur le blog de Michel Abhervé pour Alternatives économiques. En ce début d’année, le rituel des statistiques trimestrielles de la fréquentation de ce blog, du 1er octobre au 31 décembre.
144 480 pages vues, 117 716 visiteurs uniques, une durée moyenne sur la page de de 2 minutes 07, un taux de rebond de 52,5 %, soit une légère progression par rapport au dernier trimestre (voir Les articles les plus lus de ce blog au troisième trimestre 2014). Nous en sommes en effet à 1570 pages lues et à 1 280 visiteurs uniques par jour, même si nous n’avons pas tout à fait retrouvé le niveau de fréquentation d’il y a a un an. Voir l'article...

Year-end Updates on e-Literate News Posts

A propos de la blogoliste

Sur le blog de Michel Abhervé pour Alternatives économiques. Pas facile de tenir à jour une liste de blogs : un certain nombre cessent leur parution sans prévenir leurs lecteurs, d’autres demeurent accessibles mais ne sont plus actualisés.
Nous avons utilisé cette période de fin d’année où l’actualité est plus calme pour supprimer quelques sites devenus inaccessibles et en profitons pour réaffirmer que la mention d’un site signifie son intérêt au moment de l’inscription mais pas forcément l’approbation des positions de leurs auteurs, encore moins une garantie quant à leur évolution future. Pardon the Mess

The Move to Jekyll

The biggest change to my sites is actually under the hood, as I’ve moved from my old content management system to Jekyll. Jekyll is the engine behind GitHub Pages, which I’ve been using to run some of my Web projects – but not my blogs – for the past year and a half. More...

A 2014 (Personal) Blogging Retrospective
