Extra provisions for foreign diplomas

The Higher Education Board (YÖK) decided to impose added measures to prevent those with foreign diplomas in medicine, law or engineering from automatically receive accreditation to practice their profession in Turkey. Those with diplomas from universities outside the top 500 worldwide will need to get a passing grade in the Higher Education Examination-Undergraduate Placement Examination (YGS- LYS) university entrance examinations. Accreditor Grants Extension to CCSF

HomeCity College of San Francisco's regional accreditor has granted the college a two-year restoration of its accreditation status. The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) in 2013 moved to revoke the community college's accreditation, citing financial mismanagement and a wide range of other problems. Another Tentative Win for CCSF

The Accreditation Conundrum
