Face aux quelques difficultés que rencontre le compte personnel de formation dans son démarrage, le Ministre de l’emploi, François REBSAMEN, a adressé un courrier aux Opca visant à assouplir le financement de la formation par ces derniers.
Pour l’année 2015, le Ministre de l’emploi précise que :
• « Lorsque la durée de la formation est supérieure au nombre d’heures inscrites sur le compte personnel de formation, les abondements en heures complémentaires pour assurer le financement de la formation pourront être pris en charge au titre des financements affectés au compte personnel de formation par l’employeur ou par l’organisme collecteur paritaire agréé des fonds de la formation professionnelle continue.
