In its first year, the Innovation Project set up through the collaboration collected more than 120 case studies of innovative practice in teaching for nursing, midwifery and the allied health professions. The second year of the project will focus on sharing these examples, with workshops on key themes and seminars for policy makers. The second year will also investigate cultures that support innovation and will look for examples of student innovation.
Geoff Glover, Assistant Director and Head of Health and Social Care at the HEA, said: "The first year of this partnership has initiated a range of innovative and creative projects that will have a genuine impact on students.
