EUA survey on the impact of rankings within universities
EUA is currently conducting the first pan-European study of the impact and influence of rankings on European universities, in the framework of a project entitled “Rankings in Institutional Strategies and Processes” (RISP), and in partnership with the Dublin Institute of Technology, the French Rectors’ Conference and the Latvian Academic Information Centre.
The first stage of this project consists of carrying out a survey of European higher education institutions, in order to capture and analyse how rankings have impacted or are about to impact on their institutional choices. This survey was launched in March and will close by 17 June 2013. EUA would like to once again encourage all higher education institutions to take part, by clicking on this link.
The results of this survey will directly feed the project’s outcomes, with a final report to be published at the beginning of 2015.
To find out more about the project, please visit the project website.
The RISP project is supported by the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union.
