Des leviers en faveur de la mixité des métiers
Alors que femmes et hommes sont aujourd’hui à parts quasiment égales dans la population active, peu de métiers sont mixtes : seuls 15,5 % des travailleurs exercent un métier présentant une répartition femmes/hommes équilibrée.
Facteur d’égalité professionnelle, la mixité dans les filières de formation et les métiers est pourtant un levier d’amélioration de l’emploi.
