Improving adult literacy in Europe involves tackling numerous challenges at local, regional and international levels. The European Basic Skills Network (EBSN) held a conference in June 2016 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, to discuss effective ways of tackling these challenges. UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities: Key contributor to the 13th Pascal International Conference

The 13thPascal International Conference was held from 3-5 June 2016 in Glasgow, Scotland (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland).
