La carte de séjour pluriannuelle, proposée à certains jeunes inscrits en master ou doctorat depuis 2013, devrait être généralisée à tous à partir de la licence. Le projet de loi relatif au droit des étrangers en France a ainsi été adopté, jeudi 23 juillet, en première lecture à l’Assemblée nationale. Une mesure phare de la réforme sur les droits des étrangers, qui pourrait signer la fin des mésaventures rencontrées par les jeunes lors du renouvellement de leur droit de séjour chaque année. Visa restrictions limit academic freedom
