Report Tracks Latino STEM Graduates
Excelencia in Education today released a report that lists the 25 colleges that graduate the most Latino students in science, technology, engineering and math. Les mathématiques seraient liés à 2,1 millions d'emplois en France, soit 9 % de l'emploi total et 15 % du PIB (285 milliards d'euros), selon un rapport de la Société mathématique de France commandité par l'Agence pour les mathématiques en interaction avec l'entreprise et la société, les fondations Jacques Hadamard et Sciences mathématiques de Paris.
56 % de l'emploi impacté par les mathématiques est concentré dans 3 régions : l'Ile-de-France, Rhône-Alpes et PACA.
