Profil recherché – profil recruté

Elle analyse les résultats des annonces passées en 2013 sur Apec.fr. vous y trouverez des informations sur le nombre de candidatures reçues ( en hausse, on pouvait s'y attendre, c'est la crise) et surtout les recrutements finalement opérés. Je vous recommande cette lecture.
Certes le nombre de candidatures a augmenté, et ce n'est pas une très bonne nouvelle, mais vous ne pouvez rien en faire. Vous n'allez pas cesser de postuler, pour autant. On peut noter quand même que contrairement à la légende, seulement 3% des offres engrangent plus de 200 candidatures. Le nombre médian de dossiers reçus est de 28. L'intérêt du médian est de ne pas être sensible aux extrêmes. Voir l'article...
