Politique de la ville : les emplois francs étendus à 738 quartiers prioritaires

Lancé en avril 2018, ce dispositif permet à un employeur, pour l’embauche en emploi franc d’un résidant en quartier prioritaire politique de la ville, de bénéficier d’une aide de 5000 € par an pendant 3 ans maximum pour un CDI et de 2500 € par an pendant deux ans maximum pour un CDD de plus de 6 mois. Vie politique. Où sont les femmes ?

En 2014, la France comptait 16 % de femmes maires : 13,4 % dans les communes de 1 000 habitants et plus, 17,6 % dans celles de moins de 1 000 habitants. 30 à 47 % d'adjoints sont des femmes. Mais, au sein des exécutifs communautaires, 92 % des présidents et 81 % des vice-présidents sont des hommes. Pourquoi une telle situation ?
