eLearning AfricaThe 13th edition of eLearning Africa will be held from 26 – 28 September, 2018 in Kigali, the booming capital city of Rwanda at the Kigali Convention Centre. The conference is being organised by ICWE GmbH and the Rwanda Convention Bureau under the patronage of the Rwandan Government. Kigali has become known for its ICT-based initiatives in a variety of sectors and services. The city’s enthusiasm for new, tech-based solutions has led observers to refer to it as the “Innovation City of Africa”. Kigali is also one of Africa’s most attractive cities - eLearning Africa participants will be able to take advantage of its bustling streets, ridges, valleys, and lush hillsides, not to mention Rwanda’s world renowned Gorilla trekking tours, only a short journey away.

Education and technology are changing Africa. They are key elements in the African Union’s 2063 Vision for a “transformed continent.”
African economies are growing faster than those of Europe or North America. Africa has the world’s youngest population too. So, equipping young Africans with the skills they need to compete is a vital part of ensuring continuing growth in the world’s most exciting continent.
If you want to understand how Africa is changing or to find out how digital learning and educational technology can help you, your organisation or your community, you should be at eLearning Africa.
