Student debt: What is going on with the Student Loans Company?

The Guardian homeThe total student loan debt in the UK has risen to more than £100bn for the first time, and is expected to hit £330bn by the middle of the century. The average loan on “entry into repayment” (ie, after graduation) is £32,220 in England and £11,740 in Scotland.
