JCU management attempts to silence ‘no’ case in non-union EBA vote
The National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU) is dismayed at the lengths James Cook University (JCU) management appears willing to go to, to prevent staff hearing the case against its proposed enterprise agreement.
Voting on management’s proposal, which includes a cut-price pay offer of 6.6% by 30 June 2021, opened to all staff this morning, after management took the decision to unilaterally put its enterprise agreement to a non-union ballot. More...
