Workforce feminisation and job security in our universities (Advocate 24 02)

The total Australian university workforce grew from 93,993 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) persons in 2005 to 124,355 FTE persons in 2015. This is an increase of 30,362 FTEs or 32 per cent.
