The teaching and education colleges provide new and innovative training for teachers and they foster success for all, irrespective of cultural or social background. These colleges prepare students for master’s degrees in teaching, education and training (MEEF), offering high level training courses which combine taught courses, internships and day release courses.
The Academy of Lyon ESPE is a faculty of the University of Lyon 1, created by the 30 August 2013 decree. It is responsible for pre-service and in-service training of teaching, education and training professionals.
