Graduate Enrollment Up 900% in Australia

There are currently more than 5,000 students enrolled in Australian master's degree programs or ten times the number two decades earlier. And while some question whether earning an M.A. or M.S. is worth the time, effort, and price, experts policy advisers suggest that for some, the benefits outweigh the challenges. In Australia, those with post-graduate degrees have significantly lower unemployment rates than those with only bachelor's degrees, and workers with master's degrees can expect to earn, on average, AU$7,000 more per year than their counterparts with bachelor's degrees. More...
