English at Higher Education Institutions: Problems and Solutions

A lot of university graduates fail to get the needed score in IELTS or TOFEL, the international passport for post graduate studies. As a result, they are deprived from the free opportunities through grants and fellowships to study abroad particularly in the USA or UK.
Those graduates greatly suffer in their long journey touring English language centres, spending much money and valuable time for the sake of improving their English proficiency to reach the required level to achieve their reasonable legitimate dreams.
