Russia to allocate more money to train foreign students
The Russian government is planning to raise the quota for training foreign students at Russian universities at state expense from 10,000 to 15,000 students, Russian Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Livanov said at the 3rd World Forum of Foreign Graduates of Russian and Soviet Universities which has opened in Moscow.
According to Dmitry Livanov, a bill has been offered to the government on the improvement of foreign students’ legal status, which will simplify the procedure of obtaining Russian visas for studying and expand the opportunities of finding jobs. More...
