Hausse des frais d’inscription en fac : une tendance contre-productive ?

Dans cette note, on peut lire que la hausse est « le nerf de la guerre » et doit viser 8 000€ en Licence et 10 000€ en Master. Mais aussi qu’il ne faut surtout pas annoncer cet objectif, qu’il faut « bannir les mots de concurrence et d’excellence » et les remplacer par « ouverture et diversité ».
