The Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas (CSIC), based in Madrid, has just published the fourth edition of its Ranking of Top Universities by Google Scholar citations. The basic methodology is to use the top ten individual profiles in Google Scholar Citations (excluding the one with the most citations).
