Une mission a été confiée par le Premier ministre à Yannick L’Horty, Professeur à l’Université Paris-Est Marne-La-Vallée, sur l’évaluation des risques de discriminations des recrutements dans les trois versants de la fonction publique. Les résultats de la mission ont été rendus publics le 12 juillet 2016 par la remise d’un rapport dans lequel Yannick L’Horty offre un point de situation et évalue les mesures adoptées récemment. La Région va créer un dispositif de caisse d’avance du premier loyer, à titre expérimental sur l’ensemble du territoire régional. L’objectif est d’avancer l’équivalent d’un mois ou d’un demi-mois de loyer aux jeunes de moins de 30 ans inscrits dans un parcours professionnel relevant de la Région (apprentissage, formation professionnelle, étudiants).
