Higher education data experts QS have compiled a list of the world’s most affordable cities for students, based on tuition fees and general living expenses. All cities listed are home to at least two universities.
10. Toulouse, France
Students with their heart set on study in Paris should perhaps have a rethink: Toulouse has plently of the romance, is much cheaper, and will cost you just a few hundred pounds in tuition fees.
