The Ministry of higher education, scientific research and the training of executives and Microsoft Morocco signed a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday in Rabat providing for promoting and developing the use of new information and communication technologies in higher education.
Signed by the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Training, Lahcen Daoudi, and general manager at Microsoft Morocco, Samir Benmakhlouf, the agreement aims to facilitate access to new technologies in universities and to encourage creativity and innovation among Moroccan students. Le programme conjoint de l'UE et le Conseil de l'Europe (CoE) "Vers une gouvernance démocratique renforcée dans le sud de la Méditerranée" (Programme Sud II) lance un appel d'offres pour des services de conseil dans le domaine de l'éducation aux droits de l'homme dans le sud de la Méditerranée. Dans le cadre de ses activités pour soutenir l'éducation aux droits humains, le programme mettra en œuvre un programme formation complet (2015-2017) répondant aux besoins spécifiques des partenaires du Sud de la Méditerranée (PATHS). La formation sera basée sur les besoins des pays partenaires et l'expérience de CoE spécifique dans le domaine de la protection et la promotion des droits de l'homme, l'état de droit et la démocratie. PATHS se présentera sous la forme d'une "formation des formateurs" complétée par une formation standard qui sera délivrée à des groupes spécifiques ciblés. La date limite pour soumission est le 22 mai 2015.
