The graduation rate at Monroe’s two New York campuses, in the Bronx and New Rochelle, is much higher than those at nearby community colleges. More than nine out of 10 of recent graduates tracked by the school in its latest survey either continued their education or found jobs; the survey was responded to by about 70 percent of graduating students, most of whom are low-income blacks and Latinos. Orange France has launched Solerni, a platform to create and host Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC), Orangeinfo.fr reports. The operator has will start its first MOOC, "Digital, lets live it together", on 31 March, with sessions on different themes running weekly for 10 weeks. Solerni is aimed at businesses of all sizes that want to design and publish MOOCs or any other type of online collaboration, notably for a francophone public.
