Harcèlement sexuel et agissements sexistes au travail : publication d’un guide pratique et juridique

Direccte PACA-SudClarifier les droits et obligations des salariés et des employeurs en matière de lutte contre le harcèlement sexuel.
- Annoncé par la ministre du Travail dans le cadre du plan d’action de mai 2018 pour l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes suite à la concertation menée avec les partenaires sociaux, le guide publié le 8 mars dernier par la Direction Générale du Travail s’appuie sur le cadre juridique et la jurisprudence pour clarifier les droits et obligations des salariés et des employeurs en matière de lutte contre le harcèlement sexuel.
- Dans une première partie, il décrit et illustre les propos et comportements qui peuvent constituer des faits de harcèlement sexuel au travail. Puis, au travers d’un double focus employeur/salarié, il propose des solutions concrètes aux questions pratiques que peuvent se poser les victimes et témoins de harcèlement sexuel comme les employeurs confrontés à de tels agissements.
