Le décret créant le premier code de déontologie des infirmiers vient d'être publié au Journal officiel. Cette publication marque, selon l'Ordre national des infirmiers, la "reconnaissance" de la profession. Le code de déontologie fixe l'ensemble des droits et devoirs des professionnels. Il se substitue aux règles professionnelles publiées dans le Code de la santé publique. Elles n'avaient pas été modifiées depuis 1993.
