Les auteurs de cette étude reviennent sur les modalités d'organisation des lieux de culte en France et plus particulièrement sur les liens entre l'Etat et les lieux de culte musulmans, en rappelant la manière dont les pouvoirs publics, d'abord indifférents, tentent depuis la fin des années 1990 d'organiser la représentation de l'islam sur le territoire français. Ces mêmes pouvoirs publics n'ont pas nécessairement compris la réalité de l'islam de France, les différentes confessions qui existent, les différentes nationalités qui le composent, en proposant un cadre très centralisé et trop homogène qui ne lui convient plus actuellement. Terra Nova plaide dans ce travail pour une organisation moins étatiste et centralisatrice que celle qui existe actuellement et adaptée à l'organisation des communautés de fidèles telle qu'elle fonctionne réellement à l'échelle locale, avec une meilleure collaboration avec des associations cultuelles rénovées. On this website you will find useful resources for studying Roman imperial ideology, or Roman imperial discourses, artefacts and performances, displayed in literary records, epigraphy, numismatics, as well as through monuments, statues and other material artefacts. There is a particular focus on sources connected to the three sub-themes of the project, “Roman Power,” “Roman Law” and “Roman Citizenship”.
You will also find Jewish, Greek, Egyptian and Christian sources documenting the responses of some of the provincials of the Roman empire to the challenge of Roman domination. By "responses," however, we do not intend only the provincial sources that explicitly mention Rome and address issues such as Roman law courts or grants of Roman citizenship. Du simple rituel d’abattage au tourisme halal, en passant par les aliments, les médicaments et la mode, le marché halal s’étend sur tous les continents. La liberté d’interprétation des textes dont bénéficiaient les autorités religieuses traditionnelles a été peu à peu remplacée par un espace normatif où le fidèle n’aurait que le choix de chercher le halal et de fuir le non licite. The freedom of interpretation enjoyed by traditional religious authorities is gradually replaced by a normative space where the faithful would have only the choice to seek ’halal’ and shun what is ’haram’. The contole of sharia-compatible products through intermediaries is now also applied to the behavior of their buyers.
What has made possible such an expansion of the "halal system", making every Muslim a consumer, and the Umma an economic power ? From the heart of the slaughterhouses to the normative committees where our economic policies are decided, this brilliant and exciting book tells the unlikely encounter between two utopias of the end of the twentieth century, Islamic fundamentalism and neoliberalism.
