Latino Students Underrepresented at Most Public Colleges

Latino students are underrepresented in college enrollment and degree attainment at public institutions in most states, according to a report released Wednesday by the Education Trust. The report, "Broken Mirrors II: Latino Student Representation at Public State Colleges and Universities," analyzed public institutions in 44 states with at least 15,000 Latino adults who are residents.
