Maclean’s Ranks Canadian Universities

Asian and Australian Universities Shine in QS Employability Rankings

The third edition of the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Global Employability Rankings have produced results that are quite different form the other of the QS World University Rankings or other research based rankings. The University of Melbourne is 6th in the employability rankings but was 39th in QS’s world rankings. Caltech, fourth in the world rankings, is 71st for employability. THE Rankings - Improvement for Asian and French Universities

There have been no dramatic changes in the overall Times Higher Education (THE) World University but there are some newcomers and some less well-known universities such as Babol Noshirvani University of Technology and the University of Reykjavik have done remarkably well in the citations indicator. In addition, Chinese universities have continued to improve, and Tsinghua University is now the top institution in Asia.
