Rapport 2017 du Médiateur National de Pôle emploi

Le 9e rapport annuel du Médiateur National de Pôle emploi, Jean-Louis Walter, a été présenté au Conseil d’Administration de Pôle emploi le 14 mars 2018. Ce rapport met en exergue le rôle clé de la médiation dans la gestion des contentieux et la prise en compte encourageante des recommandations passées par Pôle emploi. Il pointe également des sujets de vigilance et synthétise les principales recommandations émises en 2017.
