Le contrat de professionnalisation en 2016 - Des embauches en hausse, une forte reprise dans la construction - Dares résultats

En 2016, 195 300 embauches en contrat de professionnalisation ont eu lieu, soit une hausse de 5,1 % par rapport à 2015. Les embauches reprennent dans la construction (+16,7 %) et poursuivent leur progression dans l’industrie (+2,2 %) et le tertiaire (+5,2 %), qui emploie la majorité des nouveaux contrats (80,2 %).
Les recrutements ont davantage progressé pour les salariés de 26 ans ou plus (+7,3 %) qui représentent, en 2016, près d’un quart des embauches.
Le niveau de diplôme des personnes recrutées continue de s’élever, près de la moitié des bénéficiaires sont ainsi titulaires d’un diplôme de niveau Bac +2 ou plus.
